Professional Education and Designations
I come from a large local family who all have professional Real Estate experience. My career started early in 1991 with my own investments and in 1996 I graduated from the University of North Florida with BAs in Banking, Finance and Real Estate and am currently a member of NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors), FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers) and NARPM (National Associatio of Property Managers).

Professional Experience
After becoming licensed in 1996, I spent over 5 years with an Internationally known firm specializing in residential property management and relocations. I decided to open my own office in 2002, so I could offer the customer service and one-on-one attention each customer deserves. I personally own rental property, both residential and commerical, and understand the concerns and focus points of owners.
