Professional Education and Designations
American Realty & Management was created by Theresa Brunke who came from a large local family who all have professional Real Estate experience. Theresa’s career started early in 1991 with her own investments and in 1996 she graduated from the University of North Florida with BAs in Banking, Finance and Real Estate. American Realty & Management is currently a member of NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors), FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers) and NARPM (National Associatio of Property Managers).

Professional Experience
After becoming licensed in 1996, Theresa spent over 5 years with an Internationally known firm specializing in residential property management and relocations. Theresa opened her own office in 2002, so she could offer the customer service and one-on-one attention each customer deserves. She personally owns rental property, both residential and commercial, and understand the concerns and focus points of owners.
